'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
RCMP haven’t been able to track down a Pilot Butte teen who went missing from the community east of Regina on Aug. 15.
Mounties first reached out to the public early in September to help find Keana Benson. The 15-year-old girl was still active on social media, but police want to contact her to make sure she’s safe.
As of Monday, RCMP still haven’t spoken with Benson. She has ties to the Regina and Prince Albert areas as well as the Battlefords, Wichekan and Ahtakakoop First Nation communities.
Benson is described as First Nations, 5-6, 110 pounds, slender build, black hair, brown eyes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact White Butte RCMP at 306-781-5050 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
