RCMP officers are often called out for disturbances but one unruly “kid” at a Martensville Tim Hortons has left an impression.
Early Sunday morning a goat with a hankering for warmth or possibly Timbits wandered through the automatic doors of the local Tim Hortons. Employees tried to entice the goat outside but he would turn around and walk right back through the doors to have a nap in the entrance.
Two Warman RCMP officers were called to remove the disruptive customer and the goat was “arrested” and escorted into a police vehicle.
RCMP knocked on every farm house north of Martensville but couldn’t find the missing “kid’s” family. The goat was brought to an animal hospital until his owners were located.
In a release RCMP said they “are happy to report that the goat is safe and sound back with his owners after his adventurous night out on the town.”
