'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
Kevin Glenn has now completed the CFL tour, becoming part of every current CFL team.
On Monday the Edmonton Eskimos announced on Twitter they signed the 38-year-old to a one year contract.
This signing means Glenn has now signed contracts with all nine current CFL teams throughout his career.
Glenn spent last season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, winning the spot as the team’s starter. In the last half of the season, the 17-year veteran became part of a one-two punch with Canadian quarterback Brandon Bridge.
The Riders released Glenn earlier this month after the team acquired Zach Collaros from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
During his career, Glenn has thrown for almost 53,000 yards and 294 touchdowns.
