Indian Head RCMP are investigation a serious two-vehicle crash on Highway 1 about five kilometres east of Indian Head.
Emergency services received a call about the crash around 7:45 p.m. Thursday. STARS Air Ambulance also attended the scene.
RCMP said they believe a car was traveling the wrong way in an eastbound lane when it collided with a minivan. Four people were taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Eastbound traffic was rerouted for a few hours but the highway has since reopened.
