A 24-year-old man suffered serious injuries after Regina police say he was the victim of an aggravated assault.
Police were called to the 2100 block of Albert Street, near the Cathedral Village Freehouse, at 4:45 a.m. Saturday. There they found the man had been assaulted with a weapon. He was sent to hospital with serious injuries and is expected to recover.
