Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
White Butte RCMP have located two missing teenagers.
Jillian Pokiak, 14, and Ryanna Tomlinson, 13, went missing from a home near Pilot Butte, just before 10 p.m. on Feb. 17.
RCMP said the two have been located safe.
