Regina police are asking for help after a woman was robbed on the street.
On Wednesday at around 12:34 p.m. police were called to the 1500 block of 11th Avenue after calls came in about a robbery.
According to police, a man pushed over a woman and stole her purse. The woman suffered minor injuries to her elbow.
The man then took off on foot down an alley.
Some member of the public chased the man but were unable to catch him.
Police were also unable to locate the suspect after a search of the area.
The suspect is described as a 25 to 30-year-old man, about five feet eight inches tall, with a darker complexion and short dark hair.
He was wearing a blue shirt and black hat.
