A third person has now been charged in connection with the investigation into the murder of Claude Landry for giving a false statement to police.
Shauna Prentice, 41, from Lafleche is facing a charge of public mischief for allegedly providing a false sworn statement to police investigators. Police clarified she is not charged in connection with Landry’s death.
Landry, 48, of Kincaid was last seen alive on July 12 in Gravelbourg. His body was found on July 24 in an open area southwest of the community.
