A vehicle rolled as a collision in Regina Sunday afternoon sent five women to hospital.
Police were called to the intersection of Lewvan Drive and 13th Avenue around 2:30 p.m. The Regina Police Service says one of the vehicles was travelling north when it collided with the other vehicle, which was turning left from Lewvan Drive onto 13th Avenue eastbound.
A passenger in the back seat of the vehicle that was turning was ejected. Police say she had serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
The other vehicle rolled in the collision, ending up back on its wheels near the curb of the northbound lane.
Police say four women – aged 31, 58, 55, and 24 – were all taken to hospital. A 60-year-old woman was able to drive herself to hospital.
Charges are pending.
