AJ Jacubec said roster, coaching and penalties held Canada back at the World Juniors.
A second man has been charged in the death of Troy Napope, who went missing in June 2015.
The RCMP and the Prince Albert Police Service have charged Skylar Patrick Bird, 29, with first-degree murder.
Bird was previously charged with arson and forcible confinement in relation to the case. Napope’s car was found burned out on Whitfield Road, just north of Highway 3.
His previous charges will be replaced by the first-degree murder charge.
On Monday, Braidy Chase Vermette was also charged with first-degree murder in Napope’s death.
Investigators confirmed Napope, Vermette and Bird knew each other.
Bird will make his first court appearance Tuesday morning.
