Sarah Mills says parents are probably breathing a sigh of relief as kids head back to school after the Easter break.
The Sam Roberts Band, Ricky Skaggs, and the Mavericks are among the acts that will be on stage during the 47th Regina Folk Festival.
The lineup for the 2016 festival was announced Thursday morning. Along with acts like Ry Cooder, Sharon White and Ricky Skaggs, the festival will feature The Head and the Heart, Bettye LaVette, The Cat Empire and the Strumbellas.
Another headline act will be announced in the coming weeks.

This year’s festival runs Aug. 5 to 7. Tickets are already on sale, and will also be available at the festival itself.
