An 89-year-old man is dead after a crash between a mini van and an SUV on Highway 14, near Unity.
RCMP said an initial investigation suggests the 89-year-old in the Dodge Caravan crossed over the highway into the path of an eastbound Ford Flex.
The 89-year-old was rushed by ambulance to the Unity Heath Centre, where police said he died.
The 63-year-old driver of the SUV, a Saskatoon man, was also taken to the Health Centre, but was treated for his injuries and later released.
The exact cause of the collision is still under investigation.
RCMP said, at this time, alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
