Regina police are searching for two male suspects after an attempted carjacking on Saturday night.
The incident took place at the 1600 block of Cowan Crescent at about 10 p.m.
According to police, the victim was parked on the side of the road when approached by two suspects — one armed with a gun.
Police said they demanded the victim’s vehicle, with a shot being fired.
The victim was not hurt and the suspects failed to steal the vehicle.
The suspects fled in a dark-coloured SUV.
The first suspect was described as male, six feet tall, with a heavy build, wearing dark clothing.
The second suspect who was armed with the gun was described as male, six feet tall, wearing a dark hoodie, baseball hat and a red bandana covering his face.
