The driver of a speeding ATV is dead after a fatal rollover in Cumberland House, Sask.
RCMP received a report of a single all-terrain vehicle rollover involving four people in the northern Saskatchewan community around 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
Emergency crews responded and took the driver, a 36-year-old man, to Cumberland House Medical Clinic where he was pronounced dead.
The three other passengers were not injured.
RCMP said its initial investigation revealed the ATV was travelling at an unsafe speed and lost control.
The driver was not wearing a helmet.
No charges will be laid at this time and Cumberland House RCMP continue to investigate.
