A four-year collective agreement between the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses and the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations has been ratified.
The agreement is effective April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2018.
The terms of the agreement include:
The contract also includes provisions for nurses to call in additional staff, better processes for employee turnover and patient safety.
The contract was ratified on March 23.
