We’re taking a few days off from the Green Zone during the holidays.
Jamie, Woodsy, Arielle, Mike and I, plus our regular contributors Drew, Suits, Rob, Belton and Tom have dispersed for Christmas. Because we have a few arguments, it sometimes might sound like we don’t like each other. Nothing could be further from the truth. We like our crew and respect their opinions, just like we respect the input from our texters and callers. Well, except for the unsigned, obscene ones, which we ignore.
The bosses tell us we have lots of advertisers and listeners, so that makes everyone even happier. It’s nice when our listeners agree with our opinions. Sometimes that happens. And it’s fun hearing them disagree when we discuss the Roughriders or hockey suspensions or trains or politics or classic music hits or bad movies or favourite desserts.
Being on the Green Zone is just as fun as it was when we started six years ago. Maybe more fun. It’s like unwrapping a Christmas gift every day. We’ll resume on Thursday. Merry Christmas!
