Martel on the Move: What do you think about winter's leftover waste?

While it may be spring, it’s felt more like summer in Regina lately.

And while the sun is out, so too is the garbage. Usually, it turns up this time of year after all the snow has melted. Of course, this winter didn’t see much snow fall.

Alas, the spring cleanup is still underway.
