A charge of attempted murder was laid on a woman on Wednesday who was arrested for stabbing a man the night before in Moose Jaw.
Police said they were called out to a hotel on the zero block of the North Service Road around 9:30 on Tuesday night. When officers arrived they found a man who had been stabbed multiple times in the upper body. He was taken to hospital, and on Wednesday police said he was stable and recovering.
Aretha Faith Jane-Benn, 26, was arrested that night, but wasn’t charged until the next day. She’ll be in court on Friday to face a charge of attempted murder.
