The Regina Police Service Explosives Disposal Unit has taken care of some railway explosive signal devices found by a resident.
On Tuesday around 2 p.m., a homeowner on Donahue Avenue found a bag of the devices and called police. The officers responding requested the assistance of the Explosives Disposal Unit and secured the area. Members of the unit arrived at the scene and rendered the devices safe without any risk to the public.
Regina police are reminding you to avoid handling any object that looks suspicious. Call police in a circumstance like that.
