Early-morning armed robbery in Saskatoon

It was a scary shift for an employee at a business in the 200 block of Avenue B north.

Two people broke in and forced the worker to the ground at gunpoint early Wednesday morning before taking off with cash and cigarettes.

Saskatoon police are looking for a pair of men, who were last seen running down Avenue B South.

Both suspects are described as being about six-feet tall with average builds.

One was wearing a light-colored hoodie, the other was wearing a dark-grey hoodie with a large design on the front. Both had their faces covered with black masks and both were wearing gloves.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the robbery.
