'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
It turns out the fire which gutted the Gaslight Tattoo Parlour in Regina Monday morning was deliberately set.
Regina Fire and Protective Services got called out to the fire around 1:30 a.m.
When crews arrived, they said the fire was substantial and had to be attacked aggressively.
No one was hurt in the fire.
The Regina Police Service is now taking over the investigation.
