A man wearing body armour, carrying a gun and a kilogram of meth was arrested at a Saskatoon bar Sunday evening
Police were called to the 2000 block of Avenue B North around 5 p.m. in regards to a possibly intoxicated woman lying on the ground outside the address.
Police said when officers arrived, witnesses told them the man responsible for the woman walked into a bar at that location.
Officers went into the bar and, after further investigation, arrested the man. He was carrying a loaded nine-millimetre handgun and wearing body armour.
The man was also in possession of a kilogram of meth.
Two other people were also arrested. They had around $8,000 with them, as it is believed there was a possible drug transaction in process.
Further charges are pending.
