Regina police are searching for the driver who allegedly caused a two-vehicle crash near the General Hospital Friday night.
Around 8:30 p.m., officers were called to the intersection of 13th Avenue and Osler Street.
When they arrived, they saw a LifeLabs company SUV rolled onto its roof on a front lawn.
According to the police service’s early investigation, a southbound vehicle blew a stop sign on Osler Street, consequently hitting the westbound SUV.
The man driving the LifeLabs vehicle suffered minor injuries.
After the crash, police say the man driving the southbound vehicle fled on foot down the east alley in the 2100 block of Osler Street, while his male passenger remained at the scene; he wasn’t hurt.
In a news release, police describe the suspect as a balding Caucasian man. He’s 5-foot-10 with an “average build” and was wearing a hat at the time of the incident.
