Over 3,000 stuffed animals were tossed onto the ice.
Three people are facing charges after police were called to Windsor Park Bay in the city’s east end Monday morning.
Police said they were called after people saw two men and a woman checking out cars.
When police got there they arrested the three suspects and found stolen items on them.
The woman was bitten by a police dog and was treated for what police called a minor wound.
John Luke Lubenow, 22, Evan Joesph Clarence Spencer, 21, and Kyla Dunbar, 21 are all facing break and enter as well as theft charges.
All three were in court Monday afternoon.
