Regina police are searching for a suspect who allegedly fired a gun during an attempted robbery Saturday morning.
According to a news release, it happened in the 3200 of Dewdney Avenue around 10:20 a.m.
In order to contain a specific location, officers blocked traffic in the area for a period of time. It was later reopened.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Police are now looking for a man described to be in his early 20s. He’s around 5-foot-4 or 5-foot-5, roughly 120 to 130 pounds with a slim build.
At the time of the incident, he was described as wearing a black bandana and a grey sweater.
The investigation is ongoing.
