A confused situation on Saturday morning in Moose Jaw ended up with a man in hospital and another in cuffs.
Police said they were called out at about 5 a.m. for a disturbance and possible weapons. When they arrived at the 1000 block of Ominica Street West, near 10th Avenue NW, they found a lot of confused people milling around.
Soon officers found a man who’d been stabbed with a knife – he was taken to hospital and will be alright.
A short time later, a man in his mid-20s was found a few blocks away, according to police. He was arrested and police said he will be charged with unlawful confinement, aggravated assault, five counts of assault with a weapon, and other possible charges related to breaching court orders.
