AJ Jacubec said roster, coaching and penalties held Canada back at the World Juniors.
Two men are facing assault charges after Moose Jaw police were called to a house on 1000 block of Oxford Street east.
When police arrived they found a man who had been hurt after he had been hit with a golf club.
The man was taken to hospital where he needed several stitches.
Jeremy Raymond Lavallee, 34 is charged with aggravated assault.
Garret James Anderson, 28 is charged with assault with a weapon.
Both Lavallee and Anderson have been released and will appear in court at a later date.
