RCMP have released more details about two people killed in a highway crash involving a semi truck near Wakaw, Sask.
The victims, both men from Saskatchewan, were found dead in their vehicles when police arrived at the scene near Highway 2 Monday afternoon.
The men are identified as an 82 year old from the Biggar area, and a 64 year old from the Sonningdale area.
RCMP have not released their names. Highway 41, east of the Wakaw, was shut down for several hours Monday afternoon near the junction of Highway 2 because of the crash.
Police do not believe alcohol was a factor.
