What went wrong at the World Juniors for Team Canada

AJ Jacubec said roster, coaching and penalties held Canada back at the World Juniors.
Speed limits on streets in Saskatoon’s Montgomery Place neighbourhood were brought down to 40 kilometres per hour Thursday.
The move came as result of a neighbourhood traffic review that first went to the city’s transportation committee back in May.
The neighbourhood, located on the western edge of Saskatoon, was originally built as a rural-syle community meant to house Second World War veterans and their families. Part of that design sees drainage ditches along the sides of many streets, which means there’s no sidewalks.
In the traffic review, people in the neighbourhood said they wanted the lower speed limit in order to improve safety for pedestrians.
