Two workers at a liquor store suffered minor injuries after struggling with a group of thieves on Wednesday morning.
Regina police say at about 12:40 a.m., three men entered the store, located at McIntyre Street and Saskatchewan Drive, and left without paying for alcohol.
Police say the workers confronted them and a fight ensued, with both employees suffering injuries — and one of them being sent to hospital. No weapons were used.
The three men, believed to be in their 30s, fled in a white SUV headed west on 11th Avenue.
The police service is asking for anyone who has information about the incident to call them at 306-777-6500.
