Fans of the Saskatchewan Rush have an important date to mark on their calendars.
On Saturday, Jan. 21 the team will host their season home opener and raise their 2016 National Lacrosse League championship banner at SaskTel Centre.
After that, the team will square off with the Rochester Knighthawks.
The league released the first month of schedules on Thursday.
The Rush open the 2017 season on Jan. 7 in Georgia in a game against the Swarm. They play the Toronto Rock on Jan. 14.
The full NLL schedule will be released Sept. 19.
