The Regina Police Service is investigating a second armed carjacking in the city in a span of 2 1/2 days.
On Monday at about 1 a.m., officers responded to a call from a man who claimed his vehicle had been stolen at gunpoint in the 800 block of Angus Street.
The man told police he was boosting another vehicle on the street when a man jumped into the victim’s car, pointed a gun at him and drove away.
Police recovered the victim’s Nissan Sentra late Monday afternoon. The suspect was described as having a medium complexion and wearing a black jacket or shirt.

On Friday evening, a man armed with a gun stole a car on Jurasin Street after the victim pulled into his garage.
