Battlefords RCMP are looking for a 24-year-old man and a youth with a long list of charges following a Saturday incident.
Around 9:30 a.m., RCMP received several calls indicating a “hysterical” woman screaming in the middle of the road on the 900 block of 110th street in North Battleford, according to a release.
The woman told RCMP two men armed with a gun entered her apartment. They demanded cash and fired several gunshots inside the apartment.
The two men fled before RCMP arrived, and the investigation concluded that this wasn’t a random incident.
The investigation also resulted in charges being laid, and warrants for a 17-year-old, who cannot be named, and 24-year-old Skylar Pooyak of North Battleford.
Pooyak’s charges include with robbery with a firearm, assault with a weapon, reckless discharge of a firearm, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unlawfully in a dwelling house and several charges of failing to comply with past court orders.
The 17-year-old from North Battleford is also charged with several related offences.
