Sarah Mills says parents are probably breathing a sigh of relief as kids head back to school after the Easter break.
Regina police are investigating the city’s third death of the weekend.
In a media release, police said they were called to the 1200 block of Rae Street around 7:30 p.m. Saturday after a report of a gunshot and an injured person.
When officers arrived, they found a male unresponsive in front of a home in the area.
Paramedics later pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances around the death with the help of the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
This is Regina’s third death investigation in two days. Police haven’t said whether they’re linked.
