Rent reduced for Riders, early budget items approved by Regina Council

Council retroactively slashed $1.33 million in rent owed by the Roughriders.
Regina police are investigating after a shooting early Sunday morning.
In a media release, police said officers found a man with gunshot wounds in the 1700 block of McIntyre Street around 3 a.m.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
