Regina residents now have an opportunity to tell the city how they feel about its winter maintenance program.
Until March 4, the city will have a survey on its website as it seeks public input about the city’s winter operations.
That includes what the city calls “prioritization and sequencing of street plowing, ice control and snow removal.”
A media release from the city said the results of the survey will be combined with other research and then given to city council for its consideration later this year.
Regina’s winter maintenance budget for 2020 is $8.9 million and the cost of the program is one of the things being examined.
