Two teens have been charged after F. W. Johnson Collegiate was put under secure-the-building mode on Thursday.
The two teens cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The 15-year-old is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and uttering threats.
The 16-year-old is charged with possessing a weapon and public mischief.
Police said the weapons they found were bladed.
The school was placed under a secure the building mode around 10:15 a.m. on Oct. 27 after a vague comment interpreted as a potential threat was made.
The teens are scheduled to make their first appearance in Provincial Youth Court on Dec. 8 at 9:30 a.m.
