Berkly Catton, Brayden Yager, Caden Price and Tanner Howe were all named.
Saskatchewan reported 11 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday afternoon, bringing the provincial total to 564.
Of the new cases, nine are located in the Far North and two are in the North region.
There was no increase to the death toll, which remains at six.
Nine more people have recovered, for a total of 349.
There are 209 cases that are considered active.
Currently 12 people are in hospital, four of which are under intensive care.
