The Saskatchewan Health Authority announced one new cases and one more recovery of COVID-19 on Saturday.
The new case is in the far north region.
Currently, Saskatchewan’s active case number is 23 out of a total of 664 confirmed cases.
One person remains in a Saskatoon ICU while one more person is in hospital in the north region.
To date, 55,122 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province.
As of June 11, 2020 when other provincial and national numbers are available from PHAC, Saskatchewan’s per capita rate was 41,639 people tested per million population. The national rate was 55,125 people tested per million population.
Details of the first part of phase four of the provinces’ reopen plan are expected to be revealed next week.
Part one includes outdoor pools and spray parks, child and youth day camps and seasonal outdoor sports and activities.
