More adult players are now investing in the protective equipment.
The City of Regina announced Friday the target dates for the reopening of three of its recreation facilities that were closed due to COVID-19.
In a release, the city said the North West Leisure Centre is to open Wednesday. That includes its strength and conditioning area.
The Lawson Aquatic Centre and its strength and conditioning areas are slated to reopen July 13.
The Regent Outdoor Pool is set to open July 17.
All three of those dates are pending approval from the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
The city said it would provide more information on facility use and safety protocols next week.
Staff have been making what the city called “COVID-19-related adjustments” to procedures to comply with provincial health orders.
