Regina police have charged a second person in connection with a Canada Day robbery involving bear spray.
On July 1, at around 7 p.m., police were called out to a robbery at a business in the 2000 block of Prince of Wales Drive.
In a release, police say it is alleged two men entered the business, stole merchandise and when they were approached by staff, sprayed what is believed to be bear spray at the employee.
Police arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection to the incident on Tuesday.
The youth is charged with robbery, break and enter, and theft.
Another man has also been charged in connection to this incident. An 18-year-old is also facing charges of robbery, break and enter, and theft.
