One of the teenagers charged with first-degree murder in the death of 16-year-old Hannah Leflar is seeking bail.
The teen is awaiting trial in February after his first trial ended in a mistrial last month.
The Crown is opposed to his release.
The other teen who was charged with the same crime has pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing.
Leflar was stabbed to death in her north Regina home in January 2015.
