The Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina is to reopen Friday.
The museum closed in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When it reopens, it will have safety protocols in place to ensure visitors follow public health guidelines.
The CN T. rex Gallery, other galleries and the museum’s gift shop will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday through Monday.
The museum’s capacity will be limited to a maximum of 75 people at any given time and groups comprising six or more people will have to split into smaller groups.
The Paleo Pit playroom will remain closed, as will the Megamunch exhibit.
Visitors must wear masks, pay attention to directional signage and practise physical distancing. Anyone who doesn’t bring a mask can pick one up for a $2 donation.
The T.rex Discovery Centre in Eastend remains closed. It’s slated to reopen in the spring.
