The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) initiated the recall on Dec. 20.
the CFIA said the cheddar & sour cream have been sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and northern Ontario.
They are sold in small and large bags.
The 66 gram bags have best before dates of Aug. 10, 2016 through Feb. 24, 2017.
The 255 gram bags have best before dates of Aug. 10, 2016 through Mar.2, 2017.
According to the CFIA, the recall was triggered by a recall in another country. There have not been any reported illnesses related to the product reported.
