8:30 – US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have both tested positive for COVID-19, just days after standing on the debate stage with rival Joe Biden. Now many of Washington DC’s politicians and leaders who had close contact with the president are rushing to get tested for the virus, and it’s thrown a big monkey wrench into the election set for next month. 12:00 – Mary Harelkin Bishop’s book “Tunnels of Time: A Moose Jaw Adventure” is being republished today to mark its 20th anniversary. The book tells the story of a 13-year-old girl who falls into the tunnels below Moose Jaw and is transported back in time to the 1920s, weaving a fictional tale into the city’s real history. The new edition features brand-new illustrations, updated language, and shorter chapters for easier reading. Bishop joins Gormley to tell us more about one of the classics of Saskatchewan fiction.
