For the second time in less than a week, shots have been fired at a house on Robinson Street.
In a media release Friday, the Regina Police Service said officers responded at about 2:40 a.m., to the 2300 block of Robinson after residents reported hearing the sound of gunshots.
Officers found a house with damage that had been caused by gunfire. The same house had been the scene of a similar incident last Friday.
“In that instance a white truck was seen in the area around the time of the shooting,” the police release said. “A smaller, silver car was noted to be in the area at the time of (Friday) morning’s shooting. There’s no information at this time to suggest that these vehicles are involved in the incidents.”
The police also said they weren’t ready to connect the two shootings.
Anyone with information about either incident is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
