Two cases of COVID-19 have been identified at Dr. Martin LeBoldus Catholic High School.
In a media release Wednesday morning, the Regina Catholic School Division said the school will remain open, but “impacted classrooms” have been closed until Dec. 4. The students from those classes will shift to remote learning.
The division said close contacts of the individuals who tested positive have been told to self-isolate.
The release didn’t say whether the individuals are students or staff members.
Later Wednesday, Regina Public Schools said cases had been detected “in several individuals” at Campbell Collegiate and in one person at each of Glen Elm Community School, Grant Road School and Plainsview School.
All four schools are to remain open.
Students in the affected classroom at Campbell are to learn remotely until returning to school Dec. 2.
Pupils in the individual’s class at Grant Road are to work from home until Dec. 3.
At Glen Elm, the students in the affected classroom are to return to class on Dec. 4.
The affected class at Plainsview will return to school on Dec. 8.
