Sarah Fuller may not have had much of an impact on the field for Vanderbilt University’s football team, but she might have had one in the locker room.
The story making the rounds is that Fuller gave a piece of her mind to the winless football team Saturday.
Fuller says she couldn’t believe how this winless team was so quiet when good things were happening for the team on the field. So she called them out.
She noticed something in four days and one half of football that was lacking with the team: Camaraderie.
So she shared her knowledge, hoping to lift up her teammates’ spirits and give them a shot in the arm.
Sometimes a fresh set of eyes is a good thing and Fuller noticed right away why Vanderbilt is 0-8.
Hopefully her team was actually paying attention.
Yes, the soccer player has barely been a member of the team, but she’s the only one on that team who can say they won a conference championship.
