'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
A number of Regina neighbourhoods were without power Saturday afternoon.
Around 12:24 p.m., SaskPower’s twitter account confirmed areas like Woodland Grove, Windsor Park, Glencairn, Parkridge, The Creeks, and Wascana View were without power. It was restored just over an hour later.
SaskPower then tweeted around 2:28 p.m. that damaged equipment caused power to be knocked out in Broders, Annex, Arnheim Place, Hillsdale, General Hospital, Douglas Park, and the downtown. The lights at several intersections were also affected. Power was restored to all neighbourhoods a little less than three hours later.
