A Regina company has been fined a total of $35,000 in connection with a workplace fatality that occurred nearly two years ago.
According to the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, the incident occurred Feb. 14, 2018, near Pilot Butte. A worker was fatally injured after being thrown from a snowmobile.
Alsport Sales Inc., pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to one count under The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 1996.
